My background is as a management consultant specialising in building people-centric organisations. My passion is to make work better. I have worked on over 30 large complex digital transformation programmes including for :- NHS, John Lewis Partnership, Novartis, Bombardier, United Health Group, AON Hewitt, Deloitte, Department for Transport. My writing and media work includes :- Bloomberg, RSA, Hays, Global Drucker Forum, HR Executive, The HR Director, Unleash (including start-up judge and moderator) Hacker Noon, Strategic HR Review,, BrightTalk (Podcast Moderator) My original research on the use of blockchain in the world of work was published in 2018 with Blockchain Research Institute. This was followed up with the first eLearning on this topic with AiHR, and advising startups incl Dock, building a new infrastructure of #Web3 work. My advisory work includes large employers, tech companies, think-tanks, universities and non-profits. Including Wikistrat, ADP, Jobs For The Future, Velocity Foundation. I am a professional public speaker and have spoken in 14 different countries at leading industry events including in Singapore, Beijing, Seville, London, Rome, Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Shanghai, Sydney, Copenhagen, Birmingham, and Sarasota. I have developed training for executives in Europe and Asia and with the Corporate Research Forum, CIPD, Mclaren. My work has received industry recognition, including Key Opinion Leader in the future of work from Onalytica, Top 100 HR Tech Influencers with HR Executive Magazine, and Top thought leaders to follow from peopleHum. I am proud to be a Fellow of the RSA in London, Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT FORWARD, and a professional member of Center for Evidence Based Management.
