GNC was struggling to get their subscription offering optimized online and needed User Experience expertise.
Future Works analyzed the data coming from the GNC commerce system and current website experience to craft and implement strategic enhancements to drive higher engagement and conversion.
Future Works re-architected the User Flow for subscriptions comprising of Routines, Resources and the standard commerce steps to refine the conversion flow.
Future Works devised new page layouts based on our research and findings. We focussed on streamlining User actions, sequence of information and functionality to support a better conversion funnel.
Future Works extended the GNC brand and content across the upgraded page layouts and collaborated with the GNC team to pass off for implementation.
Future Works analyzed the key copy being utilized to communicate content, subscriptions and products. Simple revisions were implemented to make the experience comprehensive and actionable driving further conversions.
