How you work
Exoskeleton agentic harnesses, built around you.
Each named operator gets a purpose-fit harness: custom agent orchestration, tool registries, eval loops, observability, all of it tuned to the engagement and to the person running it. You own your harness end to end. You operate from your zone of genius, with the Thinking Systems doing the work that would otherwise consume your weeks. You ship from Cycle 1.
What that looks like in practice
Architecture
Custom orchestrators with registered tool catalogs, MCP-style integration, not framework lock-in. The harness is purpose-built per engagement.
Evals
Automated golden-set evals plus human-in-the-loop on every production workflow. Outcomes are measurable before they are shipped.
Observability
Traces, latency budgets, and cost-per-outcome metered at the workflow level. You see what runs, what it cost, and what it produced.

Your seat in the work
Build your life's work here.
We do not hire you into a generic role. When you join, we build the agentic system around YOU: the harness, the orchestration, the tooling, the eval loop, tuned to the depth you bring and the dream you carry. Whether that dream is to redesign global supply chains, lift an industry, or eventually stand up your own company once you have done your best work here, we are uniquely excited to help you realize it. That is the deal we make with every person who joins.
Work at the frontier.
Hard problems at the edge of what applied AI can do. The engagements you ship sit inside the operating core of some of the largest companies in the world. Your best work, on the problems that actually move.
Triple bottom line, by design.
Every program we ship is engineered to move three numbers at once: client P&L, the operating system we build inside our own firm, and the environmental footprint of the business we transform. The work compounds across all three.
Why we Time Bend
Three symbioses. One culture.
Our culture is built around the First Symbiosis: senior operators paired with Thinking Systems to make the largest companies on the planet hyper-efficient. We start where the leverage is highest, reshuffling supply chains and operating systems for a triple benefit: the client, our team, and the planet. The resources we unlock fund the Ultimate Symbiosis, protecting and enriching Nature. We compress 5-year transformations into 1-year programs, repeat, and go further. That is what it means to be a Time Bender.

Our values
How we Time Bend, every day.
Seven shared commitments that hold the work together. Every named operator carries them. Every Cycle 1 we ship is measured against them. These are not aspirations; they are the cadence.
Delivering Joy
We promise 95% and deliver 110%. We deliver delight to internal and external customers. This is why they choose us over and over and talk about it.
AI Native
We deliver using AI across the board. We adopt and create the latest techniques, systems, and tools, and stay proficient with our internal and external AI tools.
Innovative
We constantly find ways to improve how we work and share ideas with others. Our delivery gets better every single week, for ourselves and our customers.
Always Learning
We are in times of change, and we need to change with the times to lead. We grow together.
Selfless
We make work ever easier for others. We employ yes-and thinking.
Candid
We are direct, honest, and clear with each other. We add humor and joy. Friction is the enemy; clarity is the cure.
Excellent
We strive for excellence. We empower each other to be our best and break through boundaries. Together, we are the best on the market, and it is not even close.

How careers grow here
A ladder that compounds with the work.
- 01
Operator
Joins a named pod. Owns scopes of work inside a Cycle 1 engagement. Builds the first version of their harness.
- 02
Senior Operator
Owns end-to-end delivery on at least one workstream. Shapes the harness for the engagement. Mentors the next operator coming up.
- 03
Partner Track
Owns multi-cycle engagements. Defines the Approved Value Baseline with the client's Finance team. Shapes the firm's offer.
- 04
Named Partner
Carries client P&L. Designs new engagement shapes. Sits on the firm's economics.
How comp works
Your upside compounds with the work that ships.
Market-competitive base, plus a variable tranche tied to the same outcome-staked fee model we run with clients. When your engagements ship verified value against the Approved Value Baseline, your variable does too.
Concrete bands are shared in the first conversation. No labor pyramid, so the senior people who do the work are the senior people who carry the upside.
Introduce yourself
Do not see your role? Reach out anyway.
We hire continuously and care more about the person than the slot. Tell us what you would own and what your dream looks like. We help you grow as we grow.
Global team. We read every note.
Three commitments
How we operate.
01
Radical Velocity
We compress months to weeks, weeks to days. The 12-week cycle is the unit of value, not the milestone. Cycle 1 scopes, locks the baseline, ships, and verifies inside one quarter.
02
Verifiable Output
Every outcome lands against an Approved Value Baseline signed off by your client's Finance team in Week 2. Tranche fees follow verified value, not opinion. Our P&L moves with theirs.
03
Systemic Excellence
Smooth and Fast, not frantic. Every workflow we automate, every status meeting we replace with a tracer, is a victory against Friction. Friction is the enemy, and we are at war with it.
