Humble Beginnings 

We let our work speak for itself, but here's our story. 
Founded in 2015 by Matt Leta as "HOO KOO E KOO," we pioneered a remote-only work model ahead of its time. 
During three years of global travel, Matt discovered challenges like technological gaps and social inequalities unseen in his earlier experience in London or Silicon Valley. Inspired by these insights, we shifted our focus to solving these problems and building a better future.

Driving Impact 

In 2017, we expanded our vision by creating a venture studio and a non-profit impact arm. We supported organizations in education, social justice, and environmental sectors with groundbreaking design and technology. 
These organizations have since raised over $250+ million in non-profit funding, making a real difference in their fields. This journey eventually led to the birth of our own non-profit, Future Horizon.

Exponential Take Off 

Realizing our passion for solving tomorrow's problems, we began working with trailblazers in AI, aerospace, climate, energy, and general industries. We also launched and expanded own initiatives like Maloka, an immersive mindfulness platform, and Future Quest, a bio-economy climate fund. 
Business went well: we doubled our revenue every year for 7 years! 
Building on our AI product and business legacy, eventually we launched an experimental consulting firm leveraging AI as a business partner to focus on cutting edge digital solutions. The AI suggested we call it Future Works.

Global Industry Meltdown 

Then came the economic downturn of 2022, a challenge models and trend analysis didn't predict. All companies in our space got hit heavily. Suddenly many of our clients couldn’t pay their bills. Owed more than our multi-year profits, at one point we faced near certain death. 
To solve this, we rapidly iterated on who we are. We developed Future Works, creating resilience through proprietary frameworks and AI-powered accelerated delivery. We avoided death and what is more, this pivotal move allowed us to emerge stronger than ever.
