About Future Works
We are an AI
experiment
gone right.
Born from a 2023 experiment: running an AI agent as a business partner. Today, the AI-native engine that rebuilds infrastructure and operations for asset-heavy operators, in twelve-week cycles, de-risked by design.
Who we are
Young company.
Proven experience.
Future Works is a young software company. The mission is narrow and the team is small. The bench behind it is not.
Cumulatively, the partners and senior operators behind Future Works carry over a hundred years of enterprise transformation, agentic delivery, and digital-product engineering. Apple, Google, JLL, NextPower, Accenture, AKQA, Wondersauce, NVIDIA. Founder-grade urgency, operator-grade depth.
Most of that history happened before the AI-agents-plus-named-experts model existed. We built Future Works because that model finally does.
What we do today
Five problem domains.
Industry agnostic.
Clients usually hire us on one and discover they have the other four.
01
Enterprise AI Operationalization
Move AI out of pilots into the parts of the business that change the P&L. From scattered experiments to operating capability.
See the domain →02
Supply Chain and Fulfillment Transformation
Allocation logic, freight discipline, demand sensing, SKU rationalization, fulfillment digital twins.
See the domain →03
Agentic Execution of Enterprise Workflows
Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, S&OP, contracts and quote-to-cash, decision-assist agents in operational planning.
See the domain →04
Operational Resilience and Working Capital
Margin and freight protection, inventory and SLOB reduction, working capital release through SKU rationalization, exception management at lower cost.
See the domain →05
Customer Experience and Service Operations
Agentic resolution, exception and escalation management, and service operations that lift CSAT while compressing cost-to-serve.

Named senior experts.
AI agents on the line.
Every engagement is delivered by a small cell of named senior experts, each orchestrating a fleet of high-accuracy AI agents on our own proprietary harnesses. Experts do the design, judgment, and validation. Agents do the labor.
Programs run as multi-cycle engagements. Each cycle is twelve weeks. Each cycle ships value the client can verify. The final tranche is contingent on an Approved Value Baseline locked in week two by your ROI-approving stakeholders.
Our seven counter-moves
- 01ROI or We Pay
- 02Sub-12-week phases
- 03Change-Order-Free Sprints
- 04Transparent Resource Plan
- 05Free Until Value Pilot
- 0612 Month Hypercare
- 07Vendor-Agnostic Architecture
Who we serve
Half our work is enterprise, half is large mid-market. No startups. Defined by the SI wallet share we displace, not by company size.
Buyer is usually a CIO, Chief AI Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, or Chief Innovation or Transformation Officer. Your ROI-approving stakeholders sign off on the value baseline the outcome-staked tranche runs against. At smaller orgs that may be the CFO; at large enterprises it is more often a finance lead, a business-unit controller, or the COO whose number the program moves.
The accounts we close share three traits: a real P&L problem the AI can move, an executive willing to sign for outcomes, and an operator-level champion who has been waiting for someone to actually ship.
Direct line
Ask us about these now.
- 01Operationalizing AI past the pilot stage.
- 02Compressing a 12-month transformation into three 12-week cycles.
- 03Staking part of our fee on a stakeholder-approved value baseline.
No obligation. We pick up.
Proof
The work compounds.

How we unlocked a 3x+ return challenge in 12 weeks for Philips, then a cascading wave of AI transformation across the business.
Working capital and freight outcomes shipped inside Cycle 1, signed off by Philips Finance against an Approved Value Baseline locked in Week 2. One 12-week cycle that paid back three times over, then opened the runway for the next program, and the one after that.
Meet the team
The experts who orchestrate the AI.
Your pod is staffed by named senior experts and is published in your engagement contract. Substitutions require your sign-off. No labor pyramid behind the brand. No swap-outs after kickoff.
