Constellation team needed a strong vision, brand and tech to pull off a complex project.
Future Works team designed a modular generative art system as an identity for the project as well as created an online platform where people could share their wishes, and data would be correlated for global actioning backed into United Nation’s (official partner) Sustainable Development Goals.
The project culminated in an online concert stream which reached over 100,000,000 people in 160 countries. Future Works created sustainable sdigital infrastructure around the event and a series of innovations to engage the global community
Following initial strategy and planning we created a future-proof design system to drive a set of innovative creations, including billions of images created to match billions of dreams noted by users of the tools.
We rooted the design deep in artwork of 20th century to assure the style does not go out of favor for a long time. We then prepared sets of algorithms that would plot the elements of the artwork.
The artwork would be layered to represent different properties of the dreams. All assembled algorithmically in code, with hand pre-selected deta sets ready for Artificial Intelligence co-creation.
Together with the system we delivered a brand language, and visual identity including logotype.
We kept the overall system simply and highly usable, to focus the experience on the sharing of the dreams, data correlation of information and generation of the unique artwork.
Information gathered by various activations, events and the online platform was organized and made available for a variety of insights derived from a single data lake for the platform.
Following a series of smaller events and activations the big launch came with a large online stream event featuring artists such as Dua Lipa, Ricky Martin, Nicky Jam, Jason Derulo and many others. The stream reached over 100,000,000 people.
