Magrabi, the popular Middle Eastern luxury eyewear retailer & eyecare specialist brand needed strategy, digital products and Machine Learning to transform into a new era.
Future Works team engaged in a set of strategic work to define the shape of a brand new loyalty program and accompanying digital strategy, including mobile apps with advanced computer vision and machine learning.
The main outcome of our stydy was a recommendation of a simple but powerful mobile app ecosystem built around a new loyalty program, social sharing and with connection to the brand’s eCommerce experience.
Our tech team developed an artificial intelligence tool that can enhance quality of iris photography. It would then also allow for creation of generated artwork our of each unique iris as part of loyalty marketing campaign (note that this is 2019).
Beyond strategic recommendation and technical R&D, our team has lead a design study spanning from digital to advertising, experiential and store design.
We researched existing loyalty programs, from fashion brands, to healthcare to banks and airlines. Picking elements that excel, we proposed and enabled a transformation into a truly modern, and future-proof model that enables a new stage of growth for the Magrabi brand.
While the project was heavily focused in strategy, research and development, our outcome was a quick-win set of interfaces and consecutively a mobile app that is simple, focused and modern.
