Staples needed staples.com relaunched alongside four new sub-brand sites across six properties, all live within a 12-week window.
Twenty customer-facing digital products shipped in 12 weeks. In partnership with design.studio, our team delivered the digital surface area for staples.com and each of the four new sub-brands across mobile and desktop. The work was the digital execution leg of a broader Staples transformation; we coordinated with over 30 stakeholders to scope, sequence, and run the program across parallel workstreams inside an unforgiving delivery window. The staples.com relaunch repositioned the company's digital storefront for the future of work. The updated visual system was designed by our partner agencies; Future Works carried it into Staples' digital systems in close collaboration with multiple in-house teams at HQ. Inside a 12-week window and a dense stakeholder landscape, we implemented and optimized the rollout across the relevant digital properties.
