Ursa Major needed a market-ready digital platform timed to their Series A announcement, one that could unify a fragmented product story and communicate the technical depth of their aerospace propulsion line to a sophisticated buyer audience.
Future Works executed a rapid digital launch: designing and building an immersive product platform that gave Ursa Major a unified presence across its propulsion product lines, from space launch to hypersonics, in time for the Series A announcement. The engagement encompassed digital product, visual identity, photography direction, and an employee onboarding tool.

Platform Brief
Future Works was tasked with unifying Ursa Major's fragmented digital and product identity into a single scalable platform system, one that could serve the parent company and each engine sub-product line over time.
Product Identity System
Future Works conducted competitive and sector research across Aerospace and Hypersonics to identify the market differentiation opportunity for Ursa Major's propulsion products. The resulting identity system, wordmark, visual language, and motion, was designed to work equally across the digital platform, print, and physical product contexts.
Product and Engine Discovery Experience
Future Works orchestrated the full digital product experience: integrating photography, video, illustration, and motion to communicate Ursa Major's engine product lines with technical accuracy and visual authority. Creative direction covered all photography: team, facility, and product renders. Motion design referenced the propulsion and space culture context without sacrificing clarity.
Employee Onboarding Tool: The Ursie Maker
A key product requirement was giving new employees a personal connection to the Ursa Major platform from day one. Future Works built a custom avatar engine, the Ursie Maker, that lets employees express their individual character within the Ursa Major visual system. Thousands of combinations, delivered as a fully engineered interactive tool.
