Industrial Supply Chain

Philips

AI-Native Operating Transformation at Fortune 100 Scale

Philips North America hired Future Works to operationalize AI in the parts of the business that move the P&L. The mandate: ship measurable working-capital and freight outcomes inside Cycle 1, then open the runway for the next program.

Twelve-week cycles. Named senior experts orchestrating AI agents on our proprietary harnesses, working against an Approved Value Baseline locked in Week 2 by Philips Finance. End-to-end value and maturity mapping at the kickoff: process inventory, technology systems, and operating maturity sequenced into one transformation surface. Cycle 1 shipped measurable working-capital and freight outcomes; the ROI from Cycle 1 funded Cycle 2; Cycle 2 funded the next cycle. A self-funding wave of AI transformation compounding through the fabric of the business.

Explore our applied AI intelligence capabilities and how we serve industrial supply chain operators.

Outline of the program

Cycle 1 covered working-capital release, freight discipline, and exception-management at scale. AI agents on our harnesses ran the volume work; senior named experts on the SOW owned design, judgment, and validation. Outcomes were signed off by Philips Finance against an Approved Value Baseline locked in Week 2. Cycle 2 expanded into supply-chain agentic execution, with further cycles continuing the program. Full program detail, methodology, and outcomes are available to qualified buyers behind the access gate below.

Results

The feedback has been terrific, and I didn't expect anything less. We've worked with other partners before, and with Future Works there's a sea change. I love the progress we're making.
